Hi All
A recent cookout over the fire pit: Greek marinated deboned lamb leg, blue
potatoes parboiled then browned on the cast iron hotplate. The Broccoli and
Cauli done directly over the coals had a nice flavour as well. Bit of flameola
under the griddle plate to boost the heat.
