Hi Kelly,
This is grilled cheese with (spiced up) onion jam/pickle, and (a spicy,
herby) pesto.
Similar to a Western Cheese sandwich with pickles and chutney.
Easy enough to make the sandwich if you have the sides at hand.
But those potatoes and chaat masala (a spice blend that can be made or
store bought)
bring it over the top. I would so enjoy this!!
