Hello everyone,

I have lost one hive during the “beast from the East” and I wondered if you
could help me with advice on the reason of their death. Bees were in a Warre
hive, two boxes full of comb. The bottom box comb is empty. There were some
areas of what looked like granulated honey in the top box, mainly at the edges
(see photos). No condensation.

Any suggestions?
