Jane told me about the course she did to learn how to make a willow skep so I
emailed them to ask. This is their reply and they are happy for me to tell
everyone else:

courses. I will put you on the waiting list for our Willow Skep Making Course,
and let you know as soon as we have a date for the next one. I intend to
schedule one with Chris Park in October/November.
