Hi Joel:
You should be able to do this. For example use the following at the
end of a cgins cmd file. This worked for me but I recall there was
a problem doing this at one point and so your version may be broken.

movie mode
* now change nu
OBPDE:nu 0.02
* integrate to .4
final time 0.4
movie mode
finish
