For your info I have fixed the stream-line problem and this

 Thanks for that info. I used example8 to plot the Streamlines for an
arbitrary function (u,v) on the Initial grid (Undeformed state). The
same thing occurs. (streamOld.jpg)..the corresponding grid is in
(gridOld.jpg). Based on your comment, I have now added more points in
the transverse direction (gridNew.jpg) and you can see the streamlines
(streamNew.jpg). Now they are continuous. But this did not occur for
pressure, velocity etc..( Is it a limitation for the streamline plotter
only ?)

Also attached is a source code that I used to generate the grid for your
reference. It reads in the surface datapoints from a file xy.dat.
