[overture] Periodic BC

Hi Bill,

Could you please kindly tell me how i can apply a cyclic (periodic) boundary 
condition to a MappedGrid?. 

I can not see this in theBCType class. I just define a periodic BC for the grid 
with the boundary tag=-1, and then use the
function "finishBoundaryConditions" for periodic update.
