Hi,
 Thanks for you tip.
   I have tried to install hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz. However, there is a bug when I
install the hdf in Ubuntu. The bug is :
/usr/include/bits/fcntl2.h:51: error: call to '__open_missing_mode' declared
with attribute error: open with O_CREAT in second argument needs 3
arguments.
Then I tried a new version HDF--hdf5-1.6.10. This bug disappeared. Before
installing the Overture code, I set the environments with the following
command:
export HDF=~/code/overture/overture/hdf5-1.6.10
export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${MOTIF}/lib:{XLIBS}/lib:{HDF}/lib:{OpenGL}/lib:$Overture/lib:{APlusPlus}/lib
Then,
./configure useHDF5
make
However, the exact same errors still exit.
Any other information would be appreciated.
