[overture] Compilation problem

Hi, 
 I am trying to install Overture2.2 on an AMD 64 system using pgf77 v7.1-3, and
I get the error listed below.
Portland group support suggests using the flag -pgf77libs. Is there a way to
specify this in calling configure?
