I just found out that one can't use NVDA on a Mac unless they have some
kind of software or something that allows them to use Windows-associated
programs. I'll copy the answer to my question on the NVDA group and send it.

Problem: You have to download each song individually this way, since the
file is an unzipped folder with 12 files/songs in it. If I put something on
the public folder and post the link, that zip can immediately be downloaded
with the download link. One could post links for each song in this album if
one wanted. I think this is the problem you are facing with this. If you
would like this album to be downloadable all at once, I'll create a zipped
file of the album.
