WYCLEF JEAN MISTAKENLY DETAINED WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (AP) Wyclef Jean
(ZHAHN) says he was mistaken for an armed robbery suspect and briefly
detained in Los Angeles. Wyclef posted a video yesterday on Twitter
showing himself in handcuffs next to a patrol car. Jean tells The
Associated Press he was cuffed before he was asked his name or what he
was accused of. He says he was "treated like a criminal. A spokeswoman
for the Los Angeles County Sheriff says Jean's clothing and vehicle
matched the description of a suspect. Jean was released, and the
department has apologized. Two suspects have been arrested. Sound:
