ED SHEERAN WILL BE ON "GAME OF THRONES AUSTIN, Texas (AP) Ed Sheeran
tweets, "Guess the cat's out of the bag. The producers of "Game of
Thrones" confirm Sheeran will have a role in the upcoming season.
Details on his role were not given. Producer David Benioff said during
a panel discussion at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas,
on Sunday that he's been trying to get Sheeran on the show for years.
He says he wanted to surprise actress Maisie Williams, who's a huge
Sheeran fan. The last season of "Game of Thrones" premieres July 16 on
