Here is what you do.
Adding the BCC Field in Outlook.
By default, the Blind Carbon Copy, (BCC field), is not included in the Email
form when you create a new message. You can add this field as follows.
Start Microsoft Outlook.
Press Control+N to create a new message.
Press Alt to open the Ribbon menu.
Press the letter P for Options.
Press the letter B for Blind Carbon Copy.
The BCC: field will be inserted into your message form. You only need to do
this one time.
