Hi, Rosie:
Make sure that e-mail and/or password are not already in there. Sometimes,
especially the password, they don't get read when you're on either of the
fields unless you read the previous word with Insert 4. If it was in twice
after the first time, you may have to delete all the characters in each
field and start over. Elsewise, I wouldn't have any idea, but this sounds
like what may be happening.
