Hi Rosy, the best quality will be at 320 KBps, but they are also the
largest, but I always rip at 320 when possible. I wouldn't go any lower
than 192, as the quality starts to suffer. You will see alot of older
files at 128, but in my humble opinion, you can deffinatly hear the
differents!
By the way, an older program that actually still works under Windows 7 is
CDEX. It is very easy to use and lets you also convert from .wav to
.mp3, and visa versa, along with other options. I doubt it is supported
any more, but I still use it! GRIN!
