Greetings Linda I think the computer itself is windows 7 though I do get
update and so the internet it self may have gone up. Might be wrong about
that. Sincerely Travis Bower

Travis, what are you running on your computer, Windows 7? Are you running 32
bit or 64 bit? I don't know much about it, but if you're running Windows 7,
there may be a filter with that program which prevents you from installing new
software without getting permission from Windows. As I say, I don't totally
understand it or how to deactivate that feature in Windows 7, but I do know it
exists, and possibly that may be your problem. Someone with more knowledge
than I have might want to address this with you. But, indeed, let us know what
you're running on your computer. It may take time but perhaps there's someone
with technical knowledge who can help you.
Linda G.

Travis, I hope you can look at your settings of whatever player you want to
use, and you can also get into the properties of the setup files for whatever
you want to install, including Open Drive. Many times, the file that someone
sends as an attachment through an e-mail message is blocked, and you have to
unblock it in Properties. You might be able to avoid this problem by sharing a
Dropbox folder with someone or by getting the file you want from a public
download like the setup file for Open Drive from my public folder by hitting
Enter on the link for that and downloading it. That shouldn't be blocked, but
once it's downloaded, you can always check in the Properties of that file and
make sure.
The link to download the setup file for the Open Drive app is
https://od.lk/d/ODhfMTc2ODg0OF8/open%20drive%20for%20windows.exe
Once downloaded, just hit Enter and it should start the installation process,
which I'm sure you have been through before with many programs.
HTH,
Nance
