Maybe then if just arrowing down to the name of the song doesn’t work, maybe
then you have to browse and tell it the folder to save to. I can’t imagine why
else it wouldn’t work. I’ve used windows live mail for years and even with the
newest updates, it saves attachments, unless I forget to arrow down to the file
name to save.

Hi Vicki, it’s not so simple, I have done all of that but, it just makes a ding
tipe sound and that is it.
I used to be able to save attachments but for some reason, it won’t let me do
it anymore, can any one maybe give me any advice on how to do the settings in
Windows live-mail, it’s pretty aggro because, our guitar player from the
worship team sends me his stuff for church but like I’ve stated, I can’t save
attachments anymore.

Gerry using windows live mail, all you have to do, is before going into the
message, press alt f, and arrow down to save. Then arrow right and down to save
attachments. Then press enter and arrow down till you hear the name of the
file and then either tab to browse and tell it where you want to save it, or
press enter if you know where new files are saved. Hope this helps. It’s so
simple.

My computer won’t let me save attachments, I can open them and play them, I’m
using Windows Live Mail.
