Linda's correct about the albums. The one with Smiling Faces, More And
More, You've Made Me So Ver Happy, etc., is indeed the 2nd BST album.

Curt uploaded the Blood, Sweat and Tears files. I think the confusion
stems from the fact that before David Clayton Thomas joined the group,
there was one album with Al Cooper in the lead. He was actually the one
who founded the group. That album is called “The Father Is The Child Of
The Man” or something to that effect. The song which was promoted as a
single at the time was “I Can’t Quit Her” in the winter of 1969. I’m
pretty sure Blood Sweat and Tears is their second album, and the third
album would have been just called Blood Sweat and Tears 3. Hope this
