Evening everyone.
How you doing? I'm well in general, see below.
I ask you to pray for me please? So last week my father discovered a major
problem in my bathroom. The ceiling is wet and there is paper peeling away from
it. So thanks to me he got in touch with the counsel the following morning to
get it checked out. Since it was classed as an emergency, they promised to come
out same day, which they did. It turned out however, that it's not my
apartment, but the one above me. Problem is, they were not able to get in touch
with the tenant at the time. So they left a note at the tenant's door
requesting to get in touch. This was Wednesday. Today is Monday and had no
communication since. That is until I rang them this morning to see if there
were any updates. The status has not changed. So another tradesman came out
this afternoon. Let's just say, the ceiling is rotting. Thankfully it's over
the bath, but that's besides the point. So he tried to get hold of the tenant
above me, with no luck. Now here is the stupid bit. It's a good chance I will
need
a new ceiling, but they have absolutely nno idea when this can be carried out.
So instead, just so the water can escape, he had to make a hole in the ceiling.
Ouch! I hear you cry. But that's the honest truth. This has therefore made me
consider moving permanently to a different property. Me and dad will have a
discussion over lunch tomorrow. So that's the size of it folks, not good at all
and the treatment is shocking to say the least. Again, please pray for me.
