Yes, I believe God was blocking the spirits from controlling the ouija board
that night. It's a good thing you did break the board in half and you threw the
planchette in the trash can. God was protecting you.

Hi Karen and all, I was at the school for the blind when I threw the ouija
board that my mom gave me for my birthday, but because I thought that it didn't
know the answers to any of the questions, I just thought it was no good, so I
ripped the board in half, and threw it, and the planchet away in the trash. On
the day after my birthday, my aunt and uncle came over, and I asked the ouija
board what we were having for dinner, and it said egg, but there was nothing in
our meal that night that had any eggs in it, so I knew then, that the ouija
board was no good, and looking back, I wonder if God was blocking the spirits
from controlling the board, and if it was he, I thank him for that.

Either that year or the year after, we had a total of 13 deaths in our circle
of family and friends. Most of them were predicted by the Ouija board. Mom
was a Christian woman and I’m not sure why or how we got the Ouija. Anyway,
I even got to where I could operate it myself. I knew basically, where all the
letters were on the board, and got real scared a couple of times at what it
told me. I learned the names of the spirits I was talking to, and felt their
presence, when using it. One day it told me the initials of the person I was
going to marry, which are Duane’s initials. Other things about our marriage
have held true as well. I got real scared and quit using it and then went away
to the school for the blind, and I think mom eventually threw it away. We had
heard about people who had burned it and were then plagued with evil spirits
and by that time I had accepted Jesus as my savior and didn’t want evil to
come to my family for sure. I’m not asking Tony if he remembers, since it
really doesn't matter to me. I just know I won’t deal with one now.
