Maybe you didn’t restart your computer so it would finish installing.
Otherwise, maybe you should uninstall it and try again.

hi lance, and everyone...
I got my first cup of coffee for the morning..i'm ready to get this
thing again.
when I put in the log-in information for this folder.and
password..it's mostly showing my computer..documents.....stuff like that.
it's not even in the system tray.
shall I uninstall and try it again?
