Thank you Sandy and Rosie. Yes Rosie, it sure is painful. When the nurse and
Doctor asked me to rate my pain on a scale from 1 to 10, I wanted to say 15.
Thankfully, I haven't needed any pain mess for 3 days. Now, I just have to
deal with itching and blister drainage issues. Once they scab over, I can get
a shingles shot and hopefully not have to deal with them again. If anyone is
in their 50s on this list do yourself a favor and get the shot before shingles
gets you.

Yes, shingles is very painful. I had it in 2009 and it's no fun to deal with.
Shingles is the adult version of chickenpox. I had chickenpox when I was 2
years old. I don'tremember it but Mom said I scratched myself like crazy
because of the pain.
