I had the same problem on my laptop. There's a little thing that senses
movement or something and it jumps around whenever it sees your hands move.
I guess sighted people like it. I had mine turned off at some expense but I
don't know how it was disabled. I feel your frustration. I hated that
thing. I hope I didn't pay much for it. The computer works fine once it's
gone.
Use of an external keyboard is another solution.
