Hi Kathleen, you still can use snow leopard, but if the i-mac you have
originally had leopard on it, you won't get a prompt to update to apple's
latest operating system called sierra. From what I've heard, starting with the
lion operating system which is mac os-10.7, the operating systems have gotten
increasingly inaccessible, even though with sierra, el capitan, and yosemite,
the last three mac operating systems, there are more robust features regarding
routing audio, and things, apple has put all of its' perverbial eggs in to the
i o s operating systems such as the i-phone and the i-pad, and thus, has shot
themselves in the foot, so this is the reason why I've stayed with snow
leopard, plus, apple's, and microsoft's models are, that you constantly update
your operating system, so that every three years or so, you have to buy a new
computer, which really doesn't make sense, when mac's run about $800 at least,
but snow leopard can be learned, and the voice over tutorial can be accessed
with command option control 8, and it walks you through the voice over concepts
and such. I hope this answers some of your questions.

So for those of you’ve who’ve installed and set up open drive, there is a
list of folders. Just use the music folder for all ourplace members.
There is a public folder for non members.
Probably be best if folders are zipped, cause it will take less time to
upload.
Once we all get the hang of this it should work just fine.
