I forgot to explain the capitol album called Folddown. When The Beatles
Capitol albums Volume 2 came out in 2006, Capitol made a mistake on Rubber Soul
US and Beatles 6. Instead of using the UK and Capitol mono mixes for that part
of those albums, the folded down the stereo mixes to make the mono mixes. In
other words they combined the left and right channel to make the mono mix.
Ofcourse when Hard core Beatle fans discovered the mistake, Capitol quickly
released corrected versions of Beatles 6 and Rubber Soul. I remember taking my
copy back to get the corrected copy. It didn’t matter if the copy with the
mistake was opened, they took it back anyway. But I copied the 2 albums with
the mistake, just to have it.
And yes, those double capitol albums are included in this Capitol set. I read
over my earlier post and thought I’d better clarify that those albums plus Live
