I talked to Charlie and he’s waiting for the Geek Squad guy to show up to
reconnect him to the internet. (I went through the same thing for two weeks a
couple of weeks ago.)
He has it ready to go as soon as he gets hooked up to the internet.
So, hang in there, the Calvary’s coming.
