I am interested in helping set up on Friday but will not be staying over. I
will come back to the show on either Saturday or Sunday.
Since I live in South Corona, I will not be meeting at the locker. Anyone
interested in carpooling up and back on Friday.\?

Subject: [ourocmr] Victorville Train show
Hi all OCMR Members
YES we have a train show, on September 25th and 26th with set up on the 24th.
Unfortunately it is in Victorville at the top of the Cajon Pass and so the
drive will take some time. It is a relatively small layout 20ft x 28ft so
modules had to be limited. We also need to start setting up at 1:00 pm so we
can be done in the afternoon so thouse members who are planning to drive home
and not stay can get on the road.
Here are the members in the show
Club modules; orange grove corner, 66 corner, 4th corner, and River Bend
corner, gate, wye and staging yard.
Members modules; Allee 12ft, Arendes 12ft, Parrino 8ft, Heimberger 16ft + 2 –
2ft crossovers.
Members who said they will help: Harwe, Ankenman, Holshuh, Schiffman, Palmer,
Marquardt, Gosse, and maybe Buehrle and Birkman.
The plan well be to meet at the locker 9:30 to load and get to Victorville
around noon and get lunch, start setup around 1:00 pm and be done by around
3:30 pm. So thouse driving home can do so.
There is a Hilton in the area for members staying over and we can all go and
actually see what Mike is building at his place after going to dinner.
This should be a fun show so bring trains and buy some stuff from the vendors.
