Subject: [ourocmr] Set up at Nixon this next Monday
Hi all OCMR members
I just found out from Harry that we have just 3 hours to set up the layout
at Nixon on Monday after 5:00 pm, we have to be out by 8:00 pm. So we need
a lot of hand on deck to get the layout set up and running. I would like
all of you who plan to help to be at Nixon by around 4:30 so we can start
staging the stuff that goes into the museum and unload the trailer. The
three members Harry, Van and Joe who have modules in the week 4 layout you
need to get your basic module set up and electrically connected before you
put out buildings as that if needed can be done on Tuesday morning. We need
to have a running layout when we leave Monday night. Not sure what time we
can get in on Tuesday morning but hopefully before 10 am.
So even if you do not have a module in this show we need your help in
getting this layout set up and running, so please come and help.
