Dear Members, attached are the October 11th minutes. Please review closely
especially if you missed the meeting as there is a lot of show information

Also, if you missed the meeting, please review the discussion on the
potential December show at the Kaleidoscope (Mission Viejo mall off I5 at
Crown Valley). Please answer the questions in the attached Support Form
and send your answers directly to me at Calvanman@xxxxxxxxx (or text me at
661 -747- 2422).
Key needs are support for operating a small layout on Fri/Sat/Sun in
December from 3pm to 9pm (excludes Christmas Day and New Years Day).
Operating on weekdays is optional but available. We also need support to
transport to and from the locker (setup Dec 1st, take down Jan 3rd).
We had 22 members at the meeting, a great turnout.
