Subject: [ourocmr] Nixon change out of modules
Today we successfully change out three sides of the Nixon layout in a about
2 hours. Thanks to all of the members who showed up to help with this
layout reconfiguration. Next Monday December 28th will be out final day at
the library and we will need a lot of help taking down and moving club
modules and the gate to the locker, we will start taking down the layout at
3:30 and as truck get loaded we will send them to the locker. The On30 is
the next group at the library so we need to be out of their way so they can
get set up. We will need a lot of man power and trucks so if you can help
and have a truck please plan to help. This is a club activity and to this
point we have only had about 1/3 of the members participating. I realize it
is Christmas, but if you saw the new letter Van sent out you can see that
our club made a nice some of money for doing this show so we will not have
to rase dues for next year so it was worth the effort to do this show. So
please become a participant and help man the show and help with the final
take down on the 28th.
