Hi All
We are just a few days away from setting up this show but there are some things
you need to be aware of. You can bring stuff to eat BUT you cannot eat in the
lobby but must go to the rose garden to eat. The people at the museum are are
concerned about the look of the layout so things CANNOT be left on top of the
table unless you are working on something. This is a small layout only 22 X 24
ft so long trains are kind of out of the question and you do not need to bring
every train you own just bring two or three trains and everything you bring
must be stored under the modules. If you have not signed up to help man this
layout please do, this is a club effort and we need every members help.
We will tentatively be setting up the layout on Monday December 6th starting at
5:00 pm. And the two following weeks will also be set up on Monday evenings and
move out will be on Monday December 27 also after 5:00 pm. We can use a lots
of help so we can done in a reasonable time.
