First hope everyone had a great holiday and looking forward to a great New Year.
Monday. December 27th is our last day at the Nixon Library and we will be moving the layout out and to the lock that afternoon starting with take down of modules around 3:00 pm. The bad news is there is a better then 50% we will be doing this in the rain so please come prepared to get wet, however we do not want the modules and club stuff to get wet so if you have an open truck bring a tarp to cover the load. The good news is the locker is only 5 miles away less then a 10 minute drive. The plan is to take down and box modules and move them to locker once a truck is loaded. Hopefully each truck can make two trips if needed.
And let me remind everyone we will take down the layout in an orderly fashion we had some damage done the last time we took down a show. If you have a question about how to pack something ask someone and remember individual module owner are responsible for taking down their modules if they need help they will ask. We have lot of time so no need to slam stuff into trucks.
Hope to see a lot of you their and note the next module club will be moving in at the same time we are moving out so it will be somewhat of a challenge.
