OCMR MEMBERS:
Here are a few, not every, problem encountered.
First, batteries left installed for many months may erode.
This may be significant and cause damage to throttles.
Second, layout functioned well but not as level as could be.
Third, members, including me, had forgotten
some of the throttle programming commands.
Might make a good clinic or Procedure for the PPM.
Fourth, only one train should occupy the Wye,
otherwise the Reverser gets confused and nobody moves.
Fifth, a watchful eye never runs into the train ahead.
Sixth, an engine left dormant likely needs test run BEFORE the show
and may need tuning and lubrication.
Seventh, same for rolling stock.
Eighth, modules need preparation prior to ANY show.
This includes checking electrical, continuity, track cleanliness, etc.
Finally, tell me what else failed due to lack of use or operator error.
