OCMR MEMBERS:

Sorry this took so long,
but Ted and I have been trying to get Cadrail
Version 8 files to work with Version 10.

The attachment shows our home show layout for next week.
Setup will be Thursday, Los Alamitos building.
Joe Parrino will call the locker time.
Here are the show hours:
noon-9pm Thursday setup
noon-6pm Friday show hours
10am-6pm Saturday show hours
10am-5pm Sunday

Move-out hours:
5pm-9pm Sunday
8am-11am Monday

Enrique is our Czar, thank you Enrique.
This show will focus on ART, Adults Run Trains.
Goal is to let as many guests relive their youth
by running one of our trains.
Than hopefully collect their contact information
so that Jay can invite them to become OCMR members.

The layout is relatively small, only 16 x 30
so walking around it will be easier for ART.
Located along the east wall, so moving in and out will be easier.

Carl is repairing the Engine Facility so it will be absent.
To make Staging work, we have two sets of crossovers EACH SIDE of
the Wye.
Notice that the OAT is complete from Staging to Staging,
or one can drop to the IM to avoid Staging and keep running.

Bring some trains and have some fun.
This is a THREE day show and a total of 23 hours.

I will not be at the locker but Enrique and Joe should be.
In addition to the "normal stuff" please bring:
KRT box (at least certificates and OCMR business
cards)
Donation box
Banner (plan to method to affix to wall - no room for
tripods.)
I'll make some 8x11 signs to hand on curtains inviting
guests to
ASK TO RUN A TRAIN.
L&N engine, Polar Express train and a box of club
cars for
ART. Two trains should be enough.
In case we can't hang banner on the wall, bring two
cement
buckets and the smaller signs.
Might bring a few chairs, may not have room for a table,
perhaps
sitting at concession area will suffice.
