Thank you to all interested in helping speed up our building project squarely
in the middle of the NED pipeline path. Please feel free to judiciously share
our cause...
Here's where things stand, or lie, now: I have long collected materials to
carefully build on this property which already has an 18th century running
cistern, bridge, foundations and a unique rock/flora/fauna formations; there is
a building permit in hand; multiple windows, sliding glass doors, used metal
roofing, and a recent influx of solid inch plus tongue and groove boards backed
by 2x6"s. Obviously the materials list needs be specifically itemized and to
finalize plan needs.
Our foundation timbers are cut, moved, and should be milled next week; much is
delayed by our recent weather as well as work schedule changes. FYI - now off
some of both this weekend and next.
Directions are easy: 955 Northfield Rd, Warwick is the main road from Warwick
center to Northfield center; driveway is located on the north side between
yellow caution "Blind Person" signs with a "Stop the Pipeline" sign at the
bottom; just follow the telephone poles on up the driveway.

Somehow i conflated the earlier mentioned potential pre-workday visit with the
9th and ended up on the Wall's doorstep this morning (sorry Mary, et al.)
Well......now I know right where it is! :/
I have some ideas we can kick around here before the REAL visit. Not sure if
the Walls already have a concept in mind but if not here's what I've been
thinking about in terms of the structure in no particular order:
1) The Well (house) of Resistance - depending on how much material we have,
either a roofed well in the traditional picturesque sense, or a small enclosed
well house with a hole in the floor. If the ground isn't all ledge we could
even dig a pit below where people could somehow embed themselves.(How do you
chain yourself to the Earth?)
2) The Get Outhouse - a two-seater where, once again, a pit could be dug
beneath for short term occupation. This could work....if nobody decided to use
it for its apparent intended purpose :O
3) A well crafted wigwam, hopefully erected with help & direction from an
indigenous activist
4) A sugar house - which brings in our friends from the Sugar Shack Alliance
for added effect
So, I may screw up dates but the old gray matter still works OK in other ways!
