We are planning another informal group run again this Friday, March 3rd. We
will meet at the quad at 11:30 AM. We will decide where to run based on
people's preferences. We ran out west past 1505 to the gravel loop last week.
So we will probably run a different route this week. We usually plan for a
rout of between 3 and 4 miles. If we have a lot of runners, we may do both a
short route and a longer route. Weather is forecast to be in the upper 40's
and sunny this Friday. Last week it was very warm, in the 60's. It should be
much more comfortable running this week. Next week, ORNL Wellness is planning
a campus run on Thursday, 3/9. Please see the ORNL Today for details when they
are posted. We will probably not schedule a Friday run next week because of
the Thursday run. But if anyone still wants to run on Friday (3/10), send me
an email and if there is enough interest, we can still run.
If you know of other co-workers who might be interested in these group runs,
please forward this information to them:
