Hello Original Town Friends,
I hope I am using this list correctly.
We are in search of a builder for a simple two car garage with cement pad
(as well as a fence after) for our house at 202 Coal Creek (little
cottage / mining shack on corner).
Every time I've tried to engage with a builder they tell me they are
interested, the job isn't too small, and then ghost me. We didn't get much
from insurance (surprise) so this is a smaller job.
I've seen several great looking garage rebuilds in the neighborhood and I
may approach those homeowners to see if they have any recs (so if I come to
your door I come in peace and not trying to sell or solicit anything!".
I apologize in advance if this info has all been collected someplace. If
so, please point me in the right direction.
Many thanks. And just want to say I love all the rebuilds in the
neighborhood. Everyone's personality and tastes are shining through and
even though it's all new construction the spirit of original town can be
seen and felt.
