Based on a request from CORE Organic, the old start and end year variables were
changed to full dates. In this eprint the old start and end year contains a 0.
This is shown in the citations (this time both the english and the german),
though it should be ignored, since the new dates are filled in. The code in the
citations files is evidently not able to handle this situation and should be
updated. Jens, will you look at this when you have time?

I have seen that you changed the Projektstart to "Laufzeit."
It does not seem to work though, see http://orgprints.org/1618/. Here the
Laufzeit is 0 - 0 even though further down it says 1995 to 2006.
In this project eprint http://orgprints.org/6207/ however, there is still
"Start: KEINE EINGABE"
Could you check that ?
