Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20th, is a float fly at Crocker Lake.
Since we are entering the lousy weather period, a final decision to have the
float fly will be made on Monday evening. Check your email or better yet
orcachat (you do use orcachat, right! If not join it, see below) for the last
minute word on the float fly.
On Saturday, October 24th, we’ll have a Fun Fly and maybe even a Glider
Contest. It starts at 9:00 a.m. The Fun Fly is designed for all levels of
skill and an element of chance thrown in. If you can take off and land, you
are set to enter. Again, weather may be a factor, so a final decision will be
made Friday evening, check your email or orcachat.
Also on Saturday a brief meeting will held to consider a change to our By-Laws.
A separate email will be sent out today detailing the proposed By-Laws change.

ORCACHAT
It’s simple and easy to use. ORCACHAT is for members to “talk” with one
another. For example, you say that you will fly today, can ask a question,"
which is better, a DX6e or a DX6 3G," or talk about most anything.
ORCACHAT allows a member to send only 1 email that, in turn, goes to all
members (that have joined ORCACHAT).
