For what it is worth, I have done them both 3 and 4 channel.  I think I will
use 3 this time, build dihedral into wing, because I am lazy.  And expect I
will beat this one up so no sense putting extra effort into it.
I have put floats on one.  I built a twin engine twin stick monster.  I used a
4 channel for racing and combat.  You can do about anything to them, really.

We allowed both 3 and 4 channel.  Most used 4.  Make wing flat and cut ailerons
as marked.  Wing may need reinforcement if you do that.  Some ran a stick under
the wing.
Note that we trimmed off the outer wing to first rib.  That band that curves
down at wing tip.
Tape, glue, both.  Back in the day I did not have hot glue, I expect to use it
now though.
The parts that come with are a generic GWS tree that came with all their
models.  Think of it as a toolkit.  You are supposed to haveStuff left over.
There are bunches of video online from 12 to 6 years ago of how to build it.
And many mods people did to it.  The stick makes a good platform for
experimenting.

How did you guys set up slow stick for racing...... with two axis and dihedral

Instructions give option to tape things together or glue? Or Epoxy.  What did
you all do?
