Personally...I see no point in making use of this feature. It's my
understanding that oracle just sets up parent-child relationship behind
the scenes anyways.

I don't get the impression that very many people use this.

Subject: use of nested tables to resolve many to many relationships

Any one out there a heavy user of oracle nested tables? I am looking
for
the top reasons to use them or to stay away from them.

They look like an effective way to model many to many relationships but
I
have not used them before.

Thank you in advance for any responses.
