updating a Kerberos KDC from pl/sql?

We have a database that is the authoratative source for new users on
our
campus. I'm using dbms_ldap to update records in our ldap server and would
like to create Kerberos prinicples in our KDC as well. I know I could write
a c program and use DBMS_PIPE or EXTPROC. Does anyone know of other
options?
