is if this list is at the point where we need/want to split it into
newbie and export sections. each side has pros among them, a faster
turnaround for newbie questions [but only if some of the experts agree
to answer questions on the newbie list] less signal to noise on the
expert list, and perhaps calmer and quieter environments on both.
however the major con to both is that it will require greater
moderator involvement in either case. are there enough willing and
qualified moderators available?
