sigh - MOS again!

Tried to log an SR this morning on MOS. It's loading fine and running at
a decent turn of speed - so that's a dramatic improvement.

While logging my SR, it failed to upload a single file of any kind. Not
good as we need to send traces.

When I pressed the button to "Submit SR" it took me right back to page
one and all was blank! I had to re-enter everything! Most annoying and a
right PITA.

Again, I pressed the "Submit SR" button - having re-entered everything -
and this time it worked. Hooray! (Well, I still can't upload files!) but
I now have two SRs logged for the same problem.

I also note that when I elect to be updated by email - there's no space
to enter my email address, only a space for my phone number.

Sigh!

However, it is far better than it was recently, so kudos to Oracle for
getting it sorted out this far.
