Subject: rman error

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on d1 channel at 11/02/2015 17:05:36
ORA-19502: write error on file
"/backup/prod/PROD2_HOT_201511012100_1aql8c4d_29_1", block number 194689 (block
size=8192)
ORA-27072: File I/O error
HPUX-ia64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable

Getting this rman error. Tried googling each of these lines but don't seem to
be coming up with anything.
Space seems to be the common theme but I'm only seeing 33% of the backup drive
used. What am I missing here?

Brian
