We're on AIX 5.3 64-bit and 9.2.0.7. Here's are the links we have:

In /usr/lib
lrwxrwxrwx   1 bin      bin              46 May 06 14:41 libobk64.a ->
/usr/tivoli/tsm/client/oracle/bin64/libobk64.a

In $ORACLE_HOME/lib32
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     system           19 Feb 04 17:38 libobk.a ->
/usr/lib/libobk64.a

Make sure your LIBPATH is correct and your LD_LIBRARY_PATH has
$ORACLE_HOME/lib32 as the first entry.

Should be okay.
