As i already said it is basically the script of Tanel Poder
(http://blog.tanelpoder.com/2013/04/01/understanding-what-a-hint-affects-using-the-vsql_feature-views/)
but includes the version in which the hint was
introduced.
The version information is not 100% accurate but AFAIK there is no other way to
figure out when a hint (and the corresponding transformation) was
introduced.
