Yes- they provide all materials. Its more likely a PDF of slide material
and course work vs. an original PowerPoint slides.

There are ton of education options for Microsoft available online.
You’ll find most of the SQL Server PMs, experts and community on Twitter-
they’re just very active there and they contribute a huge amount of
content towards learning.
As I went into Analytics and AI without experience, I can’t say enough
about edx.org. You can take classes in the area you’re interested in,
(including SQL Server with hands on exercises and example environments for
little to no cost. Microsoft learning is also available for each
individual product, (it was separated out by product area to make it easier
to find what you’re looking for recently...) through the Microsoft Virtual
Academy, (https://mva.microsoft.com/product-training/sql-server)
I would also suggest signing up for a free global user group membership
at pass.org and then find your local sql server user group for the city
you’re in. There is commonly an annual SQL Saturday event with nationwide
speakers in most cities and it’s all free, along with a ton of virtual
groups that you have full access to, again, all free.
You’re not alone in the multi-platform world, (where at one time, I was
one of the few that were deep into multiple database platforms) and I wish
I had as many free opportunities to learn Oracle like I have for SQL
Server/Azure/Power BI. I end up recommending this list, OraCode events,
etc. to at least get them started... :)

Microsoft official partner, we wonder if Microsoft Official Training is as
Oracle University, i.e you get some PDF with course contents and practices
or Microsoft works differently in this aspect?
