if you have an oracle home located in, say,
/home/oracle/11.2.0.2
then something like this should work:
perl $ORACLE_HOME/clone/bin/clone.pl
ORACLE_BASE=/home/oracle/11.2.0.2ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME
ORACLE_HOME_NAME=11202GI01
