Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can fix every column reference in this monster.
Since at least the first time I saw this error (many of you weren't born)
I've thought:
Okay you SOB, you just had the name of the ambiguity in hand and you don't
report it? What is this, punishment for not having table aliases in front of
every single column reference or naked sadism?
So in the interceding years, is there a way (some trace event maybe?) to
make it puke the error column name reference that is ambiguous?
I can resolve it, just tell me the freakin name YOU can't resolve.
